I have raved on the blog about the ESPA Restorative body oil. Look at the review here. I love a body oil and I love the smell. Well in the ultimate beauty gift an ESPA body lotion was provided.
ESPA know how to blend oils and the energy blend has rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint. Eucalyptus and peppermint make it zingy and it is option after the morning shower or gym leaving the skin beautifully fragranced. Despite different blend of oils from the restorative body oil, I still love it. The packaging is not as sleek in my opinion as the body oil. The obsidian stopper and glass bottle are replaced by a burgundy/purple tube with a metallic cap.
The body lotion has skin loving sunflower oil, glycerine, sweet almond oil and shea butter but it is a water based body lotion which means that it is not moisturising enough for me on a day to day basis and it does not pass the eight hour opaque tight test. I love the smell but the texture is disappointing – I will stick to the body oil.
