I have been doing lots of swatches recently so a cleansing water is a must for quick and easy make up removal. When I saw this one in my local Superdrug I decided to give it a try. Bioderma is my all time favourite micellar so it has a lot to live up to. I have been using it for a couple of months so it is a good time for me to set out my thoughts.
The first thing that struck me about the packaging is that it is very reminiscent of the pink version of Bioderma. I use it all over the face including lips and eyes and found that it did remove make up effectively but Bioderma is more efficient. It does not irritate my skin, but I always follow make up removal with a cleansing oil or balm and would not advocate using this by itself as it is not the gentlest product on the skin.
It is fragrance free and does feel a bit soapy on cotton wool. Depending on where you live this may be easier to get hold of then Bioderma and it is a good option but it is not my first choice for a micellar. I like the fact that it states on the bottle that four hundred millilitres is two hundred uses … however, this product opened has a six month shelf life so you have to get through it pretty quickly.
