More love to my Instabuddy @2vidasindalls for these Milani Lip Intense Liquid Colour in the two shades that she knows I would have chosen.
I don’t know why, but I thought that these were going to be like the Hourglass liquid lipsticks in that they would dry matte. They dont.
However it is not a problem as they are so they are a pigmented lipgloss that is not at all sticky with a moisturising finish. Their longevity on the lips is not really longer then any moisturising lipstick or pigmented lipgloss that you may own. It transferred to mugs when you have a cuppa.
The tube is flattened and almost rectangular in shape which is quite ergonomically friendly. The doe foot applicator is quite stiff so don’t press to hard into the lips other application can be a bit streaky.
I really like the colours. Pink Rave is a vibrant fuchsia pink with a slight neon undertone. The violet addict is also pink on my pigmented lips. I like both colours and have been wearing them with a lip pencil. The colour is buildable and leaves an opaque layer of colour on the lips. It is not at all drying and it is not a vinyl shine finish which for me is a good thing. If a matte lipstick is not for you, or you are not a fan of sticky lip glosses this is a great option.
