Inner Soul Scandinavian Decadence Bath and Body Scrub The Scandinavian Decadence Bath and Body Scrub is part of the Nordic range, influenced by the Scandinavian beauty rituals.  The plastic packaging is very bathroom friendly (although it does not look or feel very nordic) and it is supplied with a small wooden spoon. I say small but actually it is tiny.  The instructions say to use two scoops on the skin but the reality is that I am waaaaay to much woman for that to work.  I got stuck in with my hands and used about a third of the one hundred gram tub on my whole body.

The smell of product leads you straight to Scandinavia slightly medicinal and very green.. The Norwegian kelp, thistle juniper and rosemary blend are very different from the sweet sugar or spicy scrubs that I normally use. The sea salt is quite fine so it is not at all scratchy on the skin and the proportion of salt and oats to coconut, rosehip and sunflower oil is pretty equally so you get a good amount of exfoliant in each handful, without just smearing the oil element on the body.  This is a deep cleansing product so once a week or saved for pampering sessions.

I really enjoyed this scrub.  It left my skin exfoliated and moisturised.  I used a cleansing shower oil before hand and a body oil after to ensure that my very dry skin  received maximum moisture.  For more information about the range, head to their website
