If you love brights, and you love pink, you will love Boom Boom Room (no, I am not quite sure what a Boom Boom Room is either!) from Essie. I know that Easter is often associated with pastel shades but I spent the holiday weekend in this bubble gum pink.
I found the formula to be thicker then other Essie polishes that I own but this was an advantage rather then problematic for me. It gave me two opaque coats which dried quickly. A coat of Seche Vite and my nails which are currently very short were good to go for five days with minimal wear at the tip of the nail and no chipping
I already have plans to wear this colour as an accent nail in a purple mani and it is definitely going to be a part of my summer pedicures.
Essie advise wearing a coat of white nail polish underneath it but I found that it was not necessary – for me the colour was bright enough.
Essie is available at Debenhams and other retailers for eight pounds
