The fab ladies at Mane Divas (Tamara and Trina) are holding a launch event on Sunday 6th July to launch their new service – Diva’s on the Grow
Mane Diva’s have seen hair events grow in popularity and size. They feel however, that larger scale events are losing their personal touch. When you attend an even, you want to buy products, but you also crave the information behind those products. Mane Divas believe in product education and have spotted this gap in the market.
They are dedicated to making a change for the under served women of colour in the UK hair industry by offering something different; Divas on the Grow is a set of bespoke workshops offered at a time to suit you without leaving your front door. A hair pamper party if you will.
As part of the new Divas on the Grow consultation service, you will be able to book a hair workshop at your home with up to seven friends. The Mane Divas team arrive with products, and more importantly, knowledge. All attendees will receive a Consultation and Porosity Check with one of the team. They will then also have the option to book a space on any of the three other workshops; Hair Loss, Divas Kitchen or Mini Divas that the Mane Divas team provide
The launch event is on Sunday 6th July 2014 at the
prestigious Waterlily Banqueting Suite in East London
- On the day you will have a chance to attend taster sessions of each of the healthy hair care workshops mentioned above
- guest speaker – BBC Journalist Valley Fontaine will be discussing her thoughts protective styling and combating hair loss underneath weave, wigs and braids.
- raffle,
- entertainment,
- finger food and
- other small black businesses selling headwraps, jewellery and skincare.
Mane Divas will donate £2 per ticket sale and all raffle proceeds from
this event to the Sickle Cell Society – a cause close to their hearts.
