Hurrah – you can buy NYX in the UK now. One of the hero products from the range are the Jumbo Pencils. A popular predecessor to the omnipresent ‘chubby stick’ or ‘eyeshadow crayon’. NYX Jumbo Pencils are available in over thirty beautiful and vibrant colours. They can be used the line the eyes but my favourite way to use them is as an eyeshadow base.
Intensify a shadow or change the colour by using a jumbo pencil underneath. If you have a glittery shadow that needs a slighty tacky base these are brilliant as they are not too sticky and area available in metallic, nude and bright shades.
The texture is really soft – you can blend it out with your fingers or a brush. My top tip is to use an eyeshadow primer underneath the Jumbo pencil to stop it from creasing and help increase longevity. At £5.00 per pencil you afford to have your staples (purple) and some more unusual shades in your collection.
